Returns process & Exchange policies:

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within a specified return window of time. Please review our Return Policy for detailed instructions and conditions, as a buyer agreed with our terms and condition policies by browsing through our website. Read Terms & Conditions

🕒 Return Window

  • You have [30 days] from the date of delivery to request for a return.
  • To be eligible for a return: The items must be unworn, unused and in its original condition with all Clothing Tags on it.
  • Do not remove any labeling or stain the item unless it came stained. NOTE THAT: we might require extra evidence for approval. 
  • It must be in its original packaging.

"Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return window.

                   🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods, personalized products, sanitary goods (e.g. undergarments, cosmetics) are not eligible for return
  • Sale items may be final sale and not eligible for returns and refunds.                                                           

     All items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions for return policy.            

  • Final Sale status is clearly indicated on the product page before purchase
  • Please review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing your order
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws

This policy applies to all Final Sale items, including discounted or promotional products.

    ⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items Exchanges

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery date with clear photos, or evidence and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
  • We only replace or exchange items, if they are defective , poor quality material, unstable fitting sizing or damaged during delivery transportation. 
  • Exchanges may be offered subject to item availability and accepted only if the item meets our return eligibility requirements and is in original condition. 

International Returns, EU & Non EU  Returns

Please note! that for international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. The shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Germany Returns

We Offer Free Return Lebels within Germany only. The shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable in all countries including Germany 


     📦How to Initiate a Return Process:

  1. Check the return policy, to confirm that your item is eligible for return.
  2. Contact us at [info@irinedivaboutique.com] with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Please attach clear photos or supporting evidence where applicable.
  3. Log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return.
  4. Click "Return" - Choose a reason, and complete the return request form.
  5. Package the item securely, preferably using the original packaging.
  6. Include any required documents, such as return labels, or authorization slips, if provided.
  7. Clearly mark the returned items on the items list slip included in your package and put inside your returning package. This helps us identify the returned items and speeds up the refund process. 
  8. Print and attach the return label (if provided by email or download) and send the package using the specified carrier. NOTE!  (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.)
  9. Save the tracking number for reference and wait for email confirmation regarding approval or rejection of your return and refund status.

💰 Refunds processing 

  1. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [14 business days.]
  2. Standard outbound shipping costs are refunded in accordance with EU consumer law. Any additional costs for express or upgraded shipping are non-refundable.
  3. If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account or contact your payment provider. Refunds may take additional time to appear after processing.
  4. If you have not received your refund within 14 business days after approval, please contact us at

📝 Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or your concern cannot be resolved through our return process, please contact us first so we can assist you directly.
