Returns process & Exchange policies:

🕒 Return Window
- You have [7-14 days] from the date of delivery to request for a return.
- To be eligible for a return: The items must be unworn, unused and in its original condition with all Clothing Tags on it.
- Do not remove any labeling or stain the item unless it came stained. NOTE THAT: we might require extra evidence for approval.
- It must be in its original packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- sales items maybe be final sales and not eligible for return.
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods, personalized products, sanitary goods (e.g. undergarments, cosmetics) are not eligible for return
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items Exchanges
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery date with clear photos, or evidence and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
- We only replace or exchange items, if they are defective , bad quality material, unstable fitting sizing or damaged during delivery transportation.
- Exchanging is guaranteed if the item did suit your taste of fashion.
📦How to Initiate a Return Process:
- Check the return policy, if your item is eligible for a return.

- Log in to your account - Go to your order history and select the item you want to return.
- Click "Return" - Choose a reason and complete the return request form.
- Package the item securely using original packaging if possible.
- Include any required documents such as return labels or any authorization slips provided.
- Print and attach the return label (usually emailed or downloadable) and send it through specified carrier. NOTE! (that return shipping costs may apply.)
- Save the tracking number for reference. And wait for email confirmation or denial regarding your return and refund status approval.
💰 Refunds processing
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10] business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.
- If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account , if it's still not there contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
